Initially Group Fitness Director and Education Director at local clubs, Linda transitioned to One on One and small group fitness in 1996 to more effectively work with each client to accomplish their goals.
Linda is also a Certified Health Coach and Therapeutic Yoga Practitioner who works with clients on all aspects of health and wellness, particularly stress management and healthy eating choices. Essential Oils also contribute to Linda’s strategy for wellness goals.
My commitment to physical, emotional and spiritual well being is the driving force behind my approach to fitness programming. My own life experience has shown me that harder isn’t necessarily better and feeling well is a journey as well as a goal.
